Compared with the big department store down the road, the bedding here is far better value for what you get. I've been ordering from them for about eight years now, mostly kitchen bits and the odd throw. Never had a problem with a delivery and the returns are simple enough when I've needed them.
Read moreNeeded a replacement part for the vacuum in a hurry. The sign up kept timing out on my phone and I had to start again twice before it went through. Once it did, the part came next day, but the whole thing was more faff than it should be for a small order.
Read moreOrdered a set of fairy lights for my bedroom on the app on the way home from work, checkout was really quick and I got the confirmation straight away. The lights themselves are nice and bright and the cable is longer than I expected. The only thing was there was no tracking update for the first day or so, which had me checking the app every five minutes. Then it arrived on time and that was it.
Read moreBiggest thing for me was that one of the two items I ordered never came, and it took four emails to get it sorted. The rest of the order was fine and the prices are decent. Customer service did eventually refund it but I was waiting most of a week for a reply. Ordering itself was quick.
Gets the job done for the price. Bought a storage box set and it does what I needed, nothing more. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but no real drama. The box is a bit thinner than the photo made it look, but it's fine for what I use it for.
The sofa cushion covers I ordered took nearly two weeks to turn up when the site said five to seven days. Didn't hear anything about the delay until the day after the estimated date, which was annoying. Fabric is fine though, and they fit the cushions properly. Would probably order again if I needed something in a hurry, just not that.
