What struck me most was how clearly the delivery notes were written, with each item listed and the expected date given in full. I found the whole process courteous and uncomplicated, and my order arrived exactly when the notes said it would. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who prefers a straightforward arrangement.
Read moreMy old one packed in suddenly so I needed a replacement quickly for work. I ordered on a Monday and it turned up Thursday, which was fine. The item itself wasn't quite what the photo showed, the colour is a bit darker and the fixing bracket is different. It works but I had to rig up an adapter, and it was pricier than I'd expect.
Read moreCompared to the big high street chains these are about a third cheaper for the same spec, which is why I went with them. Delivery was a day slower than the estimate but I wasn't bothered. The only small niggle is the order confirmation email went into spam for me so I nearly missed the tracking link. Otherwise good value and the item matched the description.
Read moreMy charger died on the Friday so I needed a new one for the weekend. Ordered late evening and it arrived by lunch. The cable feels a bit thin so I'm not sure how long it'll last, but it charges my phone fine for now.
Got the wall mounting bracket kit for my TV and the fixings included are the right size for plasterboard. It went up level first time, which was a relief. The instructions could be clearer on the torque for the lower bolts, but I managed fine.
Compared with my usual supplier these came in roughly the same price but with better spec for the money. Delivery was quick, arriving the next working day. The only annoyance was that the returns form buried the reason box so I had to hunt for it, but the refund itself came through fine.
