This was my first time ordering so I was nervous about sizes. I bought a midi skirt in the sale and the fit is exactly what the guide said it would be. It came in a neat box with tissue paper, and the zip is smooth. Delivery was two days, which I wasn't expecting for a weekday order. I'll definitely order again when the next lot comes in.

Ordered a jacket on the app between meetings and it turned up in a couple of days. Sized up as the guide suggested and it fits fine. Only niggle is the zip sticks a bit at first.
Know my denim so I'll say this straight. The cut on these is nice, slim through the thigh without being tight, and the wash looks right. They are a bit pricier than I'd usually pay for the same fit elsewhere, but I'm not complaining.
Needed something smart last minute for a wedding at the weekend so went on the app. Found a knitted jumper that worked, ordered it on the Thursday and it turned up Saturday morning. Colour is slightly darker than the photos but still fine. Would use again.
