We needed a replacement for the kitchen tap filter after the old one started letting through a funny smell. The filter we'd had was no longer made, so finding a compatible one took a little looking. The one I ordered arrived promptly, fitted without bother, and the water is much nicer now. Good to have sorted.
Read moreI'm afraid these were not quite as effective as the filters I used to buy from the supermarket. The taste still seems a little off to me after a fortnight. The company were polite on the phone when I rang, though.
Read moreBought the fridge water filter about six years ago and have reordered it every time since without any trouble at all. Used to be a bit of a faff remembering to order, but they send a reminder email now so I don't forget. The filter does its job, the water tastes clean, and the delivery has never once been late. I've recommended it to my brother and he's been happy with his too.
Read moreGood value for the money, and that's why I keep coming back. The jug cartridges work out a fair bit less per month than buying bottled water. Order came quickly, packed well, no problems at all. The site is easy to use and I can set up repeat deliveries so I never run out.
I compared a few brands before I settled on this one, and the main difference from the rival I used before is the replacement schedule. This one tells you clearly when to swap, while the other only gave a vague guide. The jug is also easier to fill and doesn't spill. Costs a little more per cartridge but the water is good and the reminder means I haven't run out once.

Looked at about four different sites before I went with them for the water filter refills. The thing that got me was the subscription option, you can skip a month without it cancelling everything. Ordered on Sunday and it was on the doorstep by Tuesday, which was quicker than I expected.
Honestly the easiest order I've done in ages, I just tapped reorder on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Filter arrived in two days and I swapped it in straight away. Water tastes fine and I'm saving money on bottles. Yep, happy with it.
Compared to the pitcher I had before, this is a massive step up. The carbon block lasts longer and the flow is quicker when you're filling a glass. Really pleased with it.
What I like most is that the reminder emails came without me having to set anything up. I've been ordering from them for about eight years now, through two house moves. Delivery has always been on time and the phone line has never kept me waiting long. Nothing much has changed in all that time and I like that about them.
Got the shower filter head off them last month and it's honestly been great. Fitted it myself in like ten minutes, no fuss. Water feels softer and my hair's not as dry as before. Ordered on the app, super easy, would get again.
Getting a replacement cartridge for the under sink unit is cheaper here than anywhere else I looked, and I checked several sites. The order page showed the compatible model before I paid, which saved me a return. Delivery was quick and the cartridge fitted without fuss. Worth it if you want a good filter without overpaying.
Ordered the under sink filter a couple of years ago and it still runs well. Swapping the cartridge every year takes about twenty minutes and the new one has always arrived before I need it. The taste is clean and there's no grit in the water any more. Happy with it.
Fridge filters are about a fiver less than the big shops and they arrived in a padded envelope the next day. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break. Would have liked a bigger discount on a bulk pack but it's still the best price I've found.

Got the under sink system off them last week and I'm really happy with it. Fitting was a bit of a pain with the tubing but the instructions had a video link that helped loads. Water tastes proper good now, no more chlorine taste in my tea. Delivery was next day, sorted. Would sort another one out if the kitchen needs it.
I've used jug filters for years, so I know what to look for. These use a finer carbon block than the budget ones I tried before, and the flow rate is noticeably better. Cartridges fit the jug properly with no leaks, which the cheaper brand never managed. Pricier per cartridge but the water tastes cleaner and lasts a little longer between changes.
