I needed a leaving present for a colleague with about two days to spare and nothing local had anything decent in stock. The gift card with a personal message was reasonably priced and arrived the next morning. It did exactly what I needed for under twenty quid all in. Good value for a last minute thing.
Read moreI've bought gifts online for years and I was looking at this site as a cheaper option than the big department store websites. The price looked good but the items were nothing like the photos, the gift box was cheap and the bottle was lighter than I'd expected. When I tried to return it the form was fiddly and the refund took over a week to show up. Not one I'd rush back to.
Read moreThis is the first time I've ordered from the site and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I got a personalised photo frame for my boyfriend's birthday and the print came out sharp and the frame was sturdy. The checkout had a few steps but the progress bar helped and I always knew where I was. Delivery arrived earlier than the window they gave me. I'll be back for more gifts.
Read moreThe price on the gift set was the main reason I picked it, and it does the job. The box felt a bit flimsy though and one of the chocolates had a crack in it. Customer services replaced it but it took a few days to sort. Acceptable for what it cost.
Bought the Christmas hamper for my brother-in-law. It was a decent hamper and he liked the cheese selection. The problem was delivery, it took well over a week to arrive when the site said five working days, and I had to ring them to find out where it was. They were polite on the phone but I was nervous it wouldn't make it in time.
Got a personalised mug for my mate's stag do. It's fine, the print is a bit faint around the edges but the message is readable. Took ages to arrive though, nearly two weeks, and I had to message them twice to find out where it was. Would have liked a clearer update.
