I would say the site is very easy to use and I have been ordering from them for a while now. The clothes arrived well packed and in the condition I expected, and the sizing has been spot on for me each time. I did have a small query about a skirt and their customer team replied within the day, which I thought was very helpful of them. I shall certainly carry on shopping with them.

I compared this with two other sites before ordering and the price was a little higher on this one for the same cardigan. The quality is noticeably better though, and the stitching looks sound. Delivery was prompt and the parcel arrived in one piece, so I'm content enough.
