I've been buying silver jewellery for years and this beats the chain store I used to go to on quality. The hallmark is clear, the finish is smooth and the clasps actually hold. I compared a couple of other online sellers first and these were the most sensible price for the weight of metal. The necklace I bought arrived well packed and looks much richer than I was expecting for the money. Will be…
Read moreFirst time ordering from them so wasn't sure what to expect. The gift wrap stood out to me, it came in a little box with a ribbon and a handwritten card slot. The ring was a bit smaller than the photo suggested so I had to swap it for the next size up. That took about two weeks to sort out, which was longer than I'd like.

Read moreThe chain I purchased for my wife's birthday is sturdier than I expected. The clasp is secure and the links are even. It was a touch dearer than another shop I looked at but I thought the weight justified it. Packaging was tidy when it came.
Compared to the jeweller on my high street this was noticeably cheaper for a similar looking silver hoop, and the photos looked like the real thing. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, which is a small niggle. Packaging was simple but the earrings were fine. Happy with it for a first order.
The silver pendant I bought for my granddaughter's confirmation is really very pleasing, and the chain is a good length. I did find the checkout a touch fiddly on my tablet, and it took a few days before anyone replied to my question about the clasp. Even so I'd happily order from them again, they've been reliable with small gifts.
