I was struck first by how carefully the order was packed, each item was wrapped separately in tissue and the instructions were tucked neatly in the top. I have found it helpful that the descriptions were accurate and the measurements matched the item exactly. The price was fair compared with the high street and delivery came within the window I was given. I do not think I could ask for more from…
Read moreI needed a new pair of curtain tie-backs for the living room and compared a few sites first. These looked fine on the photos but the colour was a bit darker in real life and the tie-backs were smaller than I'd pictured. Returning them meant printing a label, which was fiddly. I'd probably try somewhere else next time.

FUMEBAR had the right size listed clearly and the fitting instructions were easy to follow, so we ordered it on the Tuesday. It arrived on the Friday and the fit was spot on, no gaps at the edges at all. Really pleased with it.
Read morePretty much the same stuff as the other place I use but a few quid cheaper on this one. Got it between shifts on my phone, took a minute. Only niggle was the confirmation email took a while to arrive. Order itself was fine.
I bought a small planter for my windowsill as my first order here. The item looked just like the photos and the plant pot was sturdy. It took about five working days to arrive though, which was longer than I expected from the site. Checkout was simple enough and I'd order again if I wasn't in a rush.
Compared with the other site I usually use this one was about three quid more for the same filter, but the order went through and it arrived the next day so fine. Only niggle is the checkout asked me to create an account before I could pay, which was annoying on my phone. Got what I needed in the end.
