Ive been ordering the same brake pads from them for about six years now, the ones for my old Astra. Never had a wrong part and the prices have stayed sensible. Checkout is quick if you already have an account saved and the emails tell you where the parcel is, which is handy when you work long days. Ordering is simple and I rarely bother checking anywhere else now.
Read moreI compared them with two other sites before ordering a set of wiper blades, and the other two were a few quid more but they had them listed as a pair with fitting. Freesoo just sold me the blades, which was fine, but the fit on my Golf wasnt quite right and the instructions were vague. Sending them back was a faff with a returns form that took ages to find on the site.
Read moreThe price on the drive belt was the first thing I noticed, it was clearly lower than the main high street chains. I checked the fitting guide against my Fiesta and it matched what I needed. Ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived Thursday in a box that was packed properly. Saved a fair bit compared to the local garage quote. Would order from them again without hesitating for the next service.
Read moreGot my wiper blades here and the other place wanted almost double. Mine came fine though it took a few days longer than I thought. Packaging was ok, bit of a flimsy box. Still happy I saved the money.
I know my way around car parts so I compared the cabin filter against a couple of other sites first. Freesoo was a bit dearer than the cheapest option, though it had the correct OE spec which mattered to me. The order came in a day or so, nothing wrong with that. Just wish the prices were sharper.
Wipers were streaking badly and the rain was getting worse, so I needed new ones before the weekend. I know the sizes for my Passat so I ordered straight away. The blades arrived but one was a different length to the one I measured, so I had to sort a swap through the site. It took a few days to get sorted, which was a bit of a pain.
