I compared these against the wax melts I usually buy from a supermarket and the difference in scent throw was obvious. The fragrance is much more even across the room and the wax doesn't go grainy after a few weeks. Worth paying a bit more for if you actually use them every day.
Read moreI ordered a set of candles which looked rather more substantial in the photographs than they turned out to be in person. The scent is pleasant enough, though the jars are smaller than I had expected for the price. I did contact the team about this and they replied within two working days. Delivery was otherwise acceptable, though I would have liked a clearer description before purchasing.
Read moreThe reed diffuser I got is a proper fragrance piece, not one of those cheap ones that smell of nothing after a week. The oil is strong enough to fill our hallway and it's still going strong about three months in. I've had to turn the reeds a few times to keep it steady but that's just how these work. The packaging was tidy and the glass bottle feels solid. I'll be reordering the same scent when…
Read moreI bought the reed diffuser set in a gift box as my first order with them. The fragrance is nice and subtle, though it took a while to get going after I put the reeds in. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in one piece. Would have liked a bit more guidance on how often to turn the reeds.
The large diffuser refill is good value and gives a decent amount of scent for the money. It is not the cheapest around, but the bottle size makes up for it. Checkout was simple and I got the confirmation straight away. Would order again when this one runs out.
Honestly, I have been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. The reed diffusers are my favourite and I always restock before I run out. Delivery has been reliable and the packaging keeps everything intact. Lovely as always.
I'd been buying a well-known brand from the chemist for years, and this candle is noticeably stronger in scent than what I was used to. The price is a little higher than I'd like, and the postage was a bit more than I expected for such a small order. Otherwise it arrived safely and the scent is lovely in the sitting room.
Compared with the candles I usually get, these cost a little more, but the scent lasts noticeably longer. I have been buying from them for years now, mostly for the reed refills. Delivery was fine and the order arrived on the day they said.
