What I liked most was the tracking page, it showed each stage of the dispatch and gave a rough time window for the van. Knowing it was coming that afternoon saved me hanging around at home. Only thing is the time window is a bit broad.
The postcode checker at checkout is the bit I liked, it told me straight away whether I'd get next day delivery. Saved me guessing. The only annoyance was the sign in kept logging me out, but the order itself was fine and it turned up on time.
Got the portable speaker mainly for the garden. Sound is good for the money, bit tinny at full volume but fine for a bit of background music. Arrived quick, box was a bit battered but the speaker was fine. Charges quickly too.
