I'd looked at a couple of similar coats in the big department stores and on another site first, and this one came out a fair bit cheaper for the same warmth. The coat itself is good quality and I'm happy with it. The returns process was a bit fiddly though, as I had to print a label and then wait ages for the refund to show up in my account.
