First order and the first thing I noticed was how neatly everything was wrapped, with a little note tucked in. It wasn't flashy, just well put together. The item was exactly as shown and the price was fair. I'll be back when I need more of the same.

I emailed them and it took four days to get a reply, which was a bit of a pain. They did sort out a refund in the end but I had to chase it. I wouldn't bother ordering from them again.
Read moreI've been ordering from them for years now and the thing I notice most is how the reorder button saves me hunting for the same bits again. The prices went up a little this year, which is fair enough, but I still reckon they're cheaper than the big chains. Delivery has been reliable every time, usually next day, and they've never lost a parcel.
