I needed it delivered to a specific address and the site let me choose a morning slot. The bouquet was bright and the staff seemed pleased with it. The card message came out exactly as I typed it, and the flowers were still lovely when he came home.

Stems were a good length and the water didn't go cloudy. Packaging was sturdy, with a cool pack tucked in the box for the warm weather. Compared with the florist down the road, this is usually cheaper but the flowers are a bit more basic. I have been a customer for about six years and mostly it has been fine. This time the order sat for a couple of days before dispatch, and when I emailed them the reply took nearly a day. The flowers were fine when they arrived but I'd expected a bit more.
