Ordered a hoodie and a pair of trainers on a Sunday night and they were at my door by Wednesday, which I didn't think would happen. Checkout was dead easy too, didn't have to make an account. Only thing is the hoodie is a bit boxy but that's on me for not checking the measurements properly.

However one cushion arrived missing, and it took several emails over the course of a week before a replacement was confirmed. The staff were polite when I did get through, though it was rather slow. The item itself is lovely and the fabric is as described.

The packaging is a vacuum sealed roll that took ages to unroll and smelled strongly for a few days. Sleep is better though.
