Only thing is I wish the sleeves were a bit longer, mine ride up when I raise my arms. Otherwise it's exactly what I wanted and I'd probably get another colour. The site was easy to use on my phone too, no faff with the sizes.

The cushions arrived well packed and the covers came off easily for washing, which I appreciated. I did find the returns form rather fiddly to fill in online, and it took me a couple of goes before I got it to accept. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.
The rug was much heavier than I expected when it turned up, which I liked for a living room. The pile is thick and it lies flat straight away. Delivery was fine and came on the day they said. The only thing was the corner had a tiny bit of fluff I had to trim off, but it's a small thing.
Compared to the big chain I usually use, this was a bit cheaper on the same drill set and the spec was the same. Ordering was just as easy. The box arrived quicker than the chain usually manage. Price difference was the main reason I switched. Haven't had any issues so far.
