We needed a new suitcase for a two week trip to Spain and our old one had a broken wheel. Looked at a few places first, including the big high street names, and this was the cheapest that still had decent reviews. Ordered on a Monday, it turned up Thursday and the wheels roll perfectly. Happy with it.
Read moreHonestly not great. Ordered a charger, it turned up two days late and the site said it was in stock when it clearly wasn't. Emailed them and got a reply after four days saying sorry. Price was fine, nothing special. Would not bother again tbh.
Read moreI signed up to the loyalty scheme on the site and the form asked for the same details twice, which was rather tiresome. Once I got through it the account worked well enough and I could see my past orders straight away. The shopping itself has been pleasant, and the customer team were polite when I rang about a discount code. A small annoyance, but I'd order again.
Read moreI needed a spare battery for my cordless drill because the old one stopped holding charge mid job. Ordered it in the evening and it was here the next day, which saved my weekend. The price was a fair bit under the big DIY shops. Only thing is the charger lead is a bit fiddly to clip in.
I bought the 15W wireless charging pad for my bedside table. I looked at about four different ones first, including a well known brand. This one charges my phone fine and the light is not too bright at night. The cable is a bit short for my set up, so I had to move the lamp.
Bought a set of desk organisers. This was my first order with them so I was a bit unsure. Arrived about four days later than the tracking said, though the site did send an update. Organisers are sturdy and fit the drawer.
The packaging was way more than it needed to be, loads of cardboard for a small lamp. Otherwise sorted, it arrived on time and the lamp works. Bit annoying having to bin all that card but not a big deal.
