Compared to the big chain I usually use, this was a lot less fuss to order and the prices were lower on the same trainers. First order so I was a bit wary but the tracking updates were accurate and the parcel turned up on time. The sizing ran slightly small so I went up half a size, which is worth knowing. Would order again.
Read moreI needed a replacement charger in a hurry because mine had stopped working, so I ordered this one on the Tuesday. It did not arrive until the following Monday and the tracking said delivered on Friday, which was confusing. When I messaged them the reply took three days. The charger works now but it was a long wait.
Read moreBought the cotton bedding set in the sale and it has been on the bed for about four months now. It washes well at forty degrees and does not go bobbly like the last lot I had from the supermarket. For what I paid it is hard to beat, you get a duvet cover and two pillowcases with it and the stitching has held up. Delivery was quick and the box was a sensible size. Would get it again.

Compared with the chain store I usually buy from, ordering here was much more straightforward and I found what I needed without hunting about. The price on the walking boots was lower too. They arrived sooner than I expected and fitted well.
The app loaded fast on my phone and I had my order placed while waiting for the train. Found the item I wanted in about three taps, which is more than I can say for some other shops. Delivery was next day and the tracking updates were spot on. Easy.
I have been ordering from them for years and they have never let me down. Nothing much has changed in the way the site works, which suits me fine. Deliveries have always arrived when I was told and the sizing guides have been accurate every time. Prices go up and down but they are rarely out of line with where I would otherwise shop.
Ordered the phone case on the way to work and it was at mine two days later. Fits the model exactly and the buttons work fine. Checkout was quick with my saved card. Nothing to complain about.
Honestly this was the best value of the three I compared before buying. The other two were dearer and one had worse reviews on delivery times. This arrived in good condition and the instructions were clear, which is more than I can say for the flat-pack I got last year. The zip could be a little smoother but it works fine.

Best value I have found for a decent set of kitchen knives. The blades hold an edge well and the handles feel comfortable in the hand. Delivery was fast and the box was sturdy. I would happily buy from them again.
I needed a lightweight blanket for my mum who has been in a care home since the spring, and the site made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. The ordering was straightforward and I could see the price before I paid, with no surprises at the end. It arrived well packed and in good time. I have already been back for a second one for her room.
I had been looking at a similar throw in a department store and this one came out a good deal cheaper and arrived in better shape than I expected. The weight is right and the colour is close to what the photos showed. I did find the zip on the storage bag a little stiff but that is a small thing. Glad I went with it in the end, the store would have charged a fair bit more.
I bought the wool throw two winters ago and it is still in regular use on the sofa. It has not pilled and it keeps its shape after washing on a gentle cycle. The order was easy and it arrived well packed. I have bought from them several times since and this has been the best of the lot.
I bought the cotton bedding set for my spare room and it arrived well packed and exactly as described. The sheets feel crisp and have held up through several washes without any fading. Ordering was simple and the delivery came within the week I was told.
Our old kettle gave up just before a family visit, so I needed something quickly and wanted one that would last. I ordered this one on a Monday evening and it was with me by Thursday. The base sits nicely on the counter and it boils faster than I expected. The site made it easy to find the right model for our hob and the whole thing felt straightforward.
I needed a proper bag for my laptop after my old one split along the seam. I know a fair bit about bags from years of buying for the office and this one has a padded sleeve that actually fits my machine snugly. The straps are well stitched and the zips run smoothly. The price was reasonable for the spec.
