The detail I noticed most was the app sends a reminder a couple of days before each payment. The first time I signed up it wanted me to upload a photo of my bank statement and that step took a while to figure out. Once I was in, changing my payment date was easy. Money came through when they said.
Compared to the bank apps this is way less faff. Got approved in about twenty minutes and the money hit my account by the morning. Interest is a bit higher but I didn't mind for a short loan.
