Bought the navy ankle boots in the wide fit and they're spot on, the leather is softer than I expected and the sole has good grip on wet pavements. I've worn them every day since the start of November. Size guide was accurate too, which is rare for online shoes.

The cardigan is nice and warm but I did notice it was a fair bit more than the same style in the high street shops. Delivery was on time and the box was fine. I would have liked a slightly bigger discount for ordering online. It does the job though.
