Bought a canvas tote for the weekly shop, the sort that holds a proper load without the handles tearing. It was about half what the big named brands charge. Stitching looks strong and it has already been through a few trips. Good value for what it is.
Read moreI would say it was a fair experience, though not without its frustrations. My order of kitchen bits took longer to arrive than the site suggested, and when I rang about it the reply came back a few days later. The items themselves were fine once they turned up, and the prices were reasonable, but I did have to chase things along.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was that they wanted a full name and date of birth before I could even see the price, which I found a bit odd but fair enough. Once I was in, the application itself was clear and the form didn't ask anything daft. The only niggle was that the confirmation email took a good while to arrive, so I rang to check it had gone through and the lady was very helpful about it.

Bought a little bluetooth speaker for the flat, ordered it Sunday and it was here Tuesday. Checkout was dead quick, didn't need an account. Works great, sound's loud for the size. Would order again.
What struck me most was how thorough the parts list was for my old mower, with the right code for every bit I needed. I replaced the blade and the drive belt and both fitted without any trouble. Staff replied to my question within the hour when I wasn't sure which belt to pick. I've been a customer for years and it's always been dependable.
I needed school uniform basics for two kids starting in September and the rest of the high street wanted a fortune for the same thing. Jumpers and polo shirts came to well under what the big stores charge, and the sizes were correct. Ordering was easy and it all arrived in one box within the week. Good value for busy mums who are counting every penny.
Needed a birthday present for my sister last minute and this was the only place that could get something to me in time. Ordered a mug and a small plant, both arrived the next day and looked nice. Pretty happy with how it went.
I needed a reading lamp for my bedside as the old one had finally given up. I found one here that was simple and well made, with a soft light that doesn't hurt the eyes. It arrived well packed and was easy to set up without any fuss. I am very pleased with it.
I have been buying my washing up liquid and laundry tablets from here for years now. This time I added a bigger pack of the lemon one to my usual order. Everything came as normal and the box was still intact. The site has got a bit easier to navigate over the years and reordering takes no time at all. Nothing has ever gone wrong for me.
What I liked most was the handwritten note in the parcel with a thank you and a small sample of the hand cream. The product itself is gentle and smells lovely, and it came quickly. Ordering was simple and I could track it without having to ring anyone. A lovely touch that I wasn't expecting.
Compared with the other shops I tried for a toolbox, this one offered the clearest product details and the best sizing info. I have bought from here several times over the years and the service has stayed consistent. The drill set I ordered arrived complete and works just as described. Happy to keep coming back.
I've been ordering from here for years and it's still the first place I look. Compared to the big chains it's far less bother, the cleaning tablets and washing up liquid arrive on time and the prices haven't crept up like everywhere else. Customer service is quick if you ever need it.
Best value I've found for school uniform basics, the jumpers and polo shirts came in at well under what the big stores charge. Ordered three sizes to be safe and the returns were simple to sort. The fabric washes well and the stitching is holding up. Delivery arrived right on time.
