The packing was thorough, which I noticed straight away on opening the box. Each piece was wrapped separately and nothing had shifted in transit. I had a question about the warranty and the reply came the next working day, which I appreciated. Everything I ordered was in order and the price was fair for what it is.
Read moreDecent enough for the price, though the first delivery took about five days longer than the site said it would. Ordered a phone case and a cable on a Tuesday night and they turned up the following week with no message to say why. Customer service only replied after I'd emailed twice, and the reply was fine but slow. Quality is OK, nothing special. Would probably order again if I was in no rush…
Read moreThe checkout was easy to follow, even for me, and I didn't have to make an account to pay. The box came with everything I'd ordered and a little note with a phone number, which was nice. Delivery was a day later than they said but I'm not going to make a fuss about that.
Read moreWay cheaper than the big sites I normally use for this, and the sign up was dead quick. Only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than I wanted, but it got here.
Bought the kettle from them last month and it arrived in one piece, which is more than I can say for the last place. Only niggle is the box was a bit bigger than it needed to be. Instructions were clear and it boils fast. Happy with it.
Cheaper than the high street shop I usually go to, and about the same quality from what I can tell. The returns bit was a faff though, I had to print a label and find a post office. Keep the receipt.

Ecigone is an online retailer of vaping products based in the United Kingdom, selling electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, pod systems and replacement coils and accessories. The website is organised by product type, so customers can move between device categories, flavour ranges and spare parts without leaving the store. The company sells direct to consumers through its own site and delivers orders within the United Kingdom.
Its customers are adults who already use vaping products and want to buy devices and liquids from a single store, rather than browsing several suppliers. Product pages give details on each item so that people can compare specifications before ordering.
