I wanted a proper tea selection for when my sister visits, something a bit better than what I normally have in the cupboard. The assortment gave me plenty of choice and the quality is clearly higher than the everyday brands. Ordering was straightforward and the parcel came on time. Good all round for the price.

The loose leaf arrived well packed and the flavour is far richer than what I was getting before. I've been ordering the same blend every month for a while now, and the site is easy enough to navigate even for someone who isn't terribly quick with computers. I'd happily carry on.

I'd looked at a few options before choosing this, and the flavour of the single origin coffee just wasn't as bold as the description led me to expect. The packaging said it was dark roast but it tasted quite mild. It's not bad, just not for me.
