The fixings that came with the heated towel rail were the first thing I noticed, proper wall plugs and screws rather than the usual bag of rubbish. First time ordering from here and I was impressed. The rail heats up evenly and the chrome has no marks on it.
Read moreHonestly it was alright, but I priced up a few places before going with them and this wasn't the cheapest. The shower screen itself is solid and the glass is a decent thickness. What put me off was the delivery charge, which was more than I'd have liked for a single item. The fitting guide was clear enough though, and I got it done in an afternoon.
Read moreOur old shower packed in on a Sunday and we had no hot water for the weekend so I needed something sorted fast. Ordered a replacement shower head and hose from them on the Monday night, it turned up Wednesday which was grand. Fitting was dead easy with the instructions in the box, only thing is the hose was a touch shorter than I expected so I had to go back to the site and check the measurements…

The basin was the first thing I checked when it turned up and it was spot on, exactly what I'd picked out on the site. I've bought from them three or four times now for bits and bobs for the house and it's always been the same. Ordering is easy enough, I just wish the checkout remembered my postcode.
Ordered the wetroom former on my phone during a lunch break and it was simple enough to do. Checkout asked for a few too many details but it went through first time. Box came Thursday, all the bits were there. Haven't fitted it yet so can't speak to that.
I bought the illuminated mirror cabinet for our downstairs cloakroom and it has been going for over a year without a problem. Long-time customer here, I have had a few things from them over the years and they have always been reliable. The lighting is bright enough for shaving and the sockets fitted neatly behind it.
We were doing up the ensuite and needed a vanity unit that would fit a tight corner, which is why I started looking online. I've bought from them for years, so long-time customer and all that. The unit fitted the space perfectly and the soft-close doors work well. Would order from them again.
Compared to the big DIY place down the road this was a much better shout. Found the same heated towel rail cheaper here and it arrived in a couple of days rather than the two weeks I was quoted in store. Easy to order, the site showed me what fits what. Cheers, will use again.
Looked at three other sites before ordering, and this one came out on top for the heated towel rail. The price was lower than the rest and the spec was the same, which made the choice easy. Arrived on time and everything was there. Happy with it.
I purchased a grab rail for the shower as my husband has been finding it harder to get in and out of the bath. Everything was clearly set out on the site and the fixings were included, which I appreciated. The rail is sturdy and fitted securely into the tiles. A sensible and well made item.
Good value for the money, it's not the cheapest going but you get a decent spec for the price. The bath panel went together with the clips they supply and didn't need any extra screws. Delivery was quick and the box was undamaged. Nothing to complain about.
Compared to the big chain stores this was noticeably cheaper for the same wall tiles, and I didn't have to pay extra for samples. Delivery was quick and the pallet was well wrapped. Spec matched the listing. Good value for a bathroom refresh.
Vanity unit arrived well packed and the ordering on the site was dead quick, I did it from my phone on the train. Took a few days longer than they said but it all turned up, and the tight corner in our ensuite it fits is spot on.
I've been fitting bathrooms for about ten years and this beat the usual wholesalers on the spec sheet. The tap flow rate was spot on, and the bath panel had proper fixings included rather than the flimsy clips most places send. Would buy from here again without a second thought.
Our shower valve packed in and I needed a replacement pronto. Know my way around a bathroom so I went straight for the thermostatic valve on their site. Spec matched what I needed and it arrived in two days. Solid bit of kit.
