I would happily use them again, and I say that as someone who doesn't tend to trust online shops. The checkout was straightforward and I was able to track my order at each stage. The item arrived well within the stated time, and the box was sealed neatly. My only other remark would be that the email confirmation took a little while to arrive.
Read moreLooking back, I'd have gone elsewhere. The colour in the photos is much richer than what turned up, more of a faded grey. Compared two similar sets from other shops before picking this one, and the others were clearly better quality for the money. Returning it was a bit of a faff too.
Read moreThis was my first time using the site so I wasn't sure what to expect. The booking form was clear and the confirmation came through straight away with all the details I needed. The person who came out was friendly and on time, and they explained what they were doing before they started. Price was in line with what I found elsewhere, and I didn't have to chase anyone for updates.

Honestly this is the one I'd go back to. I had looked at three other shops for a wool throw and this had the best range and the most honest photos. Delivery was quick and the throw is soft and warm. The price was the middle of the three, which felt about right.

I bought the lightweight waterproof jacket for a walking holiday in the Lakes and it has been excellent in the rain. The zips are smooth and the hood sits well even when I'm looking up at the fells. It packs down small into the pocket, which was exactly what I wanted. I'd gladly buy from them again.
Bought a desk lamp with the adjustable arm for my flat. Turned up well packed and assembled in about ten minutes. Light is bright enough for reading and the switch is easy to find in the dark. Good for the price.
I had never ordered from this site before and was pleased to find it simple to use. The item I chose was exactly as described, and it arrived in good condition within the promised window. I would be happy to buy from them again.
This is way better than the cheap kettle I had from the supermarket, it boils in about half the time and the spout doesn't dribble. Cost a bit more than the supermarket one but the difference is obvious. Delivery was quick and it came well wrapped. Happy with it.
Compared with the usual place I buy running socks, this worked out about a third cheaper per pair once you add the delivery, and the pack came quicker too. The socks themselves are as good as the ones I was paying more for. The site lets you pick the size without any fuss. Happy to keep ordering from here.
Needed a spare charger for the office because mine kept cutting out. Found one here for well under what the phone shop wanted and it arrived in two days. Works perfectly with my phone and the cable is a decent length. Nothing else to report, it did the job.
Booked a flat wash for my car on the app while waiting for the bus. Got a confirmation straight away and the cleaner turned up within the window. Did a good job, wheels actually clean. Paid through the app so no cash needed.
