I had been looking for a good quality dressing gown for my husband's birthday and this one suited him very well. The order was simple to place, and the confirmation arrived promptly. It came well packed, and the fabric is soft and warm. The price was reasonable for the quality, and I shall certainly use the site again.
Read moreThe box was squashed on one corner so the item inside has a dent in the casing. Otherwise it works fine. Sent a message and they said sorry, replacement not needed.
Read moreWe needed a dehumidifier for the spare bedroom as the damp was getting into everything. Found this one on the site and the price was lower than the big chains, which was the main thing for me. Ordering was straightforward and the confirmation came through straight away. Only niggle is the delivery took a few days longer than the date they gave, but it turned up in one piece and it's doing its job.

Ordered a bike lock off here on the bus home, it's a solid one and feels heavy duty. Took three days to get to me which was fine. Price was fair compared to the big chains. Only thing is the key was a bit stiff at first but it loosened up after a few uses. Would buy again.
The first thing I noticed was how many steps the checkout had before I could pay, which felt a bit much. Once I got through it the order was easy to follow and the delivery was on time. Prices were fair compared with what I found elsewhere for a set of storage boxes. Fine for a first order, I'll be back.
This was my first order so I was a bit nervous, but the process was clear and the tracking updates were useful. I bought a laundry basket and a set of hangers, both are sturdy and good value for money. Delivery came in two parts and one of the hangers was missing, but they sent it on quickly. Would use again.
Got the trainers from here and they're comfy, fit true to size. Took a bit longer than I thought to arrive, around five days, but no drama. Checkout was quick too.
