We'd just adopted a rescue greyhound and I needed a proper bed and a few basics before she came home. I placed the order on the site on a Sunday evening, not expecting much. Ordered the grain free kibble for my beagle after the vet suggested a change in diet. It came in a sealed bag and the dog took to it straight away. The only annoyance was that the delivery slot I picked got moved by a day, but they did send an email about it.
