We needed a replacement kitchen tap urgently after the old one gave up on a Sunday, and I'd been ordering refurbished bits from them for about six years now. Ordering was quick and the parts arrived well packed the next working day. The price was fair compared with the big chains and the staff on the phone knew their stuff when I had a question about fittings. Still my first port of call.
Read moreI've been buying from them for years and compared with a local reclaim yard the same kind of fitting is a bit dearer here. The quality is reliable and the item was exactly what was described. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was slower than I'd like, about four days. Good enough for the job, just not the bargain I was hoping for.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the site explained what had been tested on the tap before it was sent. I did wait longer than I'd hoped for the delivery, which was a little disappointing, though the item itself was in good order when it arrived. The ordering was straightforward and the staff answered my email politely enough.
Read moreThe price was the best bit, honestly the cheapest I found for a sash window handle. Checkout was fine but the confirmation email took ages to come through and I had to message them to check the order went in. Handle turned up after about a week and fits fine, just wish the updates had been quicker.
Bought a refurbished kitchen sink mixer and it looks almost new once fitted. Good price and ordering was simple. Only small thing is the tap came without the braided hoses, so I had to buy those separately. Otherwise fine.
Needed a new handle for a sash window and grabbed one from them. Ordering took two minutes which was good. Took longer to arrive than I thought though, about five days. Handle works fine.
Bought a refurbished pressure washer and the value is hard to beat for the money. The one thing that was a bit off was the packaging, one of the hose fittings had come a bit loose in transit. It was easy to tighten and the unit has run fine since. Ordering was quick.
We needed a radiator for the spare room and new ones were quoted at nearly double. This one was a fraction of the price and fitted the existing pipes without fuss. Ordering was simple and it arrived in decent time. Solid value.
The verdict is that the bits are good quality and the price is fair for what you get. The only real niggle was that the delivery took longer than the site suggested, close to a week rather than the two or three days. The order itself was simple to place. Would still go back.
