I'd looked at three other places before settling on this one for a curved display. What stood out was how clearly they listed the panel type, refresh rate and ports, which the others buried in the description. I could compare them properly side by side. The one I chose has been running all week with no issues.
Read moreI've been buying monitor stands and cables from them for about six years because my old setup needed replacing every few months and they always had what I needed in stock. This time the order arrived two weeks after the date they gave me, and when I rang about it I was on hold for ages before anyone picked up. It did turn up in the end but I expected better from a company I've used this long.
Read moreFirst time ordering from here so I compared them with Amazon before buying a desk monitor. The price was a bit cheaper on their site but the delivery option I wanted wasn't available, so I had to pick a slower one. The screen itself was fine and the colours look right. Packaging was basic but it arrived unharmed, which is what matters. Probably wouldn't be my first stop next time but I'd give…
Read moreFirst order here, and it's a decent webcam for video calls. It's a bit more than the one I'd looked at on a different site, though I did get it a day quicker. The picture is sharp and the mic is ok. Paid a little extra but I've had no problems since.
Compared to the place I used to get cables from, this was a lot quicker to order from and the checkout didn't keep logging me out. Bought a set of HDMI leads for the home office. They arrived in two days and everything fitted first time. I've been a long-time customer now and the only small thing is the postage costs a bit more than I'd like on smaller orders.
Last one I had was from a random eBay seller and it died after a month. This one is a proper monitor and the screen is much brighter than the old one. It's a little more money than the cheap stuff but worth it so far. Packaging was fine and it came without any fuss.
I've been buying from them since they were a much smaller shop, usually PC accessories and the odd keyboard. Ordering is the same as it always was, which I like. The only thing I'd change is the returns form, which is fiddly and took me a few tries to find the right option. Everything else has been reliable.
I needed a USB hub to plug my laptop into a second monitor, and I looked at a few before picking this one. It has the ports I need and the cable is a decent length. It's a touch on the chunky side but it sits fine under the desk. Only minor gripe is that the power light is very bright.
