I did have to wait over a week for a refund on a jumper that was the wrong colour, which I thought was rather slow. When I rang the number they were perfectly polite and sorted it out. Bought a midi dress for a family christening. The dress itself was lovely and matched the picture. It was a bit more than I'd normally spend and I had to chase the refund for a exchange I wanted, which took the best part of a fortnight to come through. I'd still order from them but I'd be quicker to ask questions before buying next time.
