I am very pleased with the bike I ordered from them, and I would certainly order from them again. The bike arrived in good order and was easy to put together with the instructions provided. The customer service team were polite and helpful when I had a question about the gears, and I found the whole process straightforward from start to finish.

Delivery took three days which was fine. Returns looked a bit fiddly on the site but I didn't need to send it back, so it's a minor thing. Would buy again.
