Compared it with the big name ticket sellers and the fees here were noticeably lower for the same seats. Booked two for a comedy night in the spring. Price was the main reason I went with them, and the total at checkout was what I expected.
Read moreI needed to book tickets for a concert for the family and the site was clear enough to use. The trouble came later when I wanted to change one ticket to a different date and it took a few days to get a reply. Eventually it was sorted, but it was slower than I'd have liked for something so simple. The booking itself was fine.
Read moreI needed a way to get tickets to a gig in another city without travelling to pick them up in person. I've been booking through them for a few years and I know the flow well now. Seat selection is clear, the price breakdown is shown before you commit, and the tickets land in the app within minutes. Refunds have been handled promptly every time I've needed one. Got two tickets for a show for a fraction less than the box office price once you add up what they charge, so good value. Checkout was quick and the tickets came through to the app right away. Nothing to grumble about.
Bought two tickets for the football at the weekend and they were sorted within about five minutes. The fees are the same as most other ticket sites so nothing sneaky at the end, which I always check. Tickets came through to the app on time and scanning on the gate was fine. Good value for what it is.
Honestly the best online booking site I've used for concerts. The queue system worked properly, I got in when my slot came up and the tickets were the ones I'd picked. Refunds on an event that got cancelled were dealt with in a couple of weeks. I'd use it again for sure.
This is very good for theatre tickets and I have used it several times now. The booking process is clear and the confirmation came through without delay. I have no complaints at all.
I tried two other ticket sites before settling on this one, and the seat map was the thing that made me stick with it. You can see the rows clearly and check for restricted view before paying. I booked for my dad's birthday and the tickets came through to my email within a minute. Easy to recommend to anyone who hates the usual box office queue.
Bought a pair of tickets for the panto over Christmas. Price was a bit lower than the box office once you added up their booking fee, so that was a win. Tickets came through the app the same day, though I'd have liked a paper option for my mum who doesn't do phones.
Honestly the easiest way I've found to book tickets for a gig or a theatre trip in ages. The seat map is clear, you can see exactly where you're sitting before you pay, and the confirmation email came straight away with everything in one place. I've used a few other sites over the years and this is the one I go back to now without thinking about it.

The seat map is honestly the best bit, you can see exactly where you're sitting. Got tickets for a gig with my friends and they were in my account straight away. Easy, no faff at all.
Booked tickets for a show on my phone during my lunch break and it was really quick. Picked seats, paid, done. The tickets were in the app before I'd finished my sandwich. Would use it again, no complaints.
