The size guide on the dressing gown page was the first thing that made me trust them, because it had actual measurements in cm not just S M L. I'd never ordered from them before and was a bit nervous about the sleeves. They came out spot on and the fabric is soft and thick. Delivery took three days which was about what they said. Happy with it and I'll be back for the matching slippers.
