I've been a regular customer for a few years now and I buy the same loose leaf tea every few months. I ordered my usual blend and it came exactly as before, which is what I like. The delivery was prompt and the tea smelled lovely when I opened the pouch. I have no complaints at all.
Read moreOur old cafetière cracked and we needed a replacement before the weekend guests came. Ordered one here, it was a fair bit cheaper than the shop. Delivery was slower than I hoped, it took nearly a week and I had to chase them through the contact form, and the reply came two days later. The jug itself is fine and the price more than made up for it.
Read moreWe needed a dehumidifier for the damp utility room and the cheaper ones at the big chains kept getting rave reviews but sold out. Found one here at a good price with free delivery over the threshold, which made the difference for us. The price has gone up a bit since I first looked, but it is still well under what the high street was asking. Would order from them again for household stuff.

Would say this is good value for what you get. Ordered a set of storage boxes for the spare room and the price was lower than the big homeware sites. Delivery took a few days and one box had a small scuff on the lid, nothing major. Happy enough with it.
Compared with ordering from the big marketplace, the checkout here was a lot quicker and I didn't have to make an account to pay. This was my first time buying from them, so I was a bit wary, but the kettle arrived in good nick and the box was well packed. The only thing was the delivery took four working days when the site said three. Still, the price was fair and I'd happily order again.
I needed a present for my sister's birthday and had left it far too late. The site had a decent selection of candles and gift sets, so I went for one in the end. It got to me two days before the party, which was just in time. The gift wrap was a bit flimsy but my sister didn't mind.
