The first thing I noticed was how quick the booking was, I had a slot sorted between two meetings without any fuss. The app kept my details saved so I didn't have to type everything in again, which was useful when I'm rushing. Got a reminder the day before and the whole thing ran on time, and the person I dealt with was helpful when I had a quick question about parking. Would use again without…
Read moreBought the garden hose from here after comparing a few places. It kinked at the connector within a fortnight and the connector came loose. Customer service took four days to reply to my message. Not what I expected for the money.
Read moreWe needed a new bed frame for the spare room as my sister is coming to stay for a few weeks in the summer and the old one has seen better days. I did find the instructions a little unclear in places, and the delivery was a day later than the date I was given, but I did get a message about it beforehand, which was appreciated. Everything arrived in good order and the frame is sturdy.

I have bought garden planters from here for a good few years now. This time I ordered a set for the patio and the colour was a little lighter than the photo. They were still well made and arrived on time. The ordering is as easy as ever and I always get a proper receipt by email.
Compared it with the big chain high street shop and this was a fair bit cheaper for the same thing. The site was a bit slow to load on my phone but checkout was fine. Arrived in three days which is about what I expected.
Compared with my usual place this is cheaper, and the delivery charge was lower too. The site was a bit clunky to find the size I needed. Once ordered it turned up in two days.
Good value for what it is and the order went through without any bother. Took a bit longer than the site said to arrive, but the item itself is solid. Would order again, just not in a rush.
