The fitment guide on each part listing is what sold me, it lists the exact compatible models and even shows the diagram for where the bracket sits. I'm a bit of a bodge-it-myself type with cars and this meant I didn't have to guess. Part arrived well packed and was spot on. Really useful.
Read moreThe seal I ordered for the dishwasher door was listed as fitting, but it turned out to be a fraction too small. Nothing wrong with the delivery itself, it turned up on time. Getting the return set up took a few emails and about a week to sort out. I've been buying from them for years so I'll give them another go, but I was annoyed about the hassle.
Read moreI bought a replacement control knob for our gas hob, the one for the back left ring which had worked loose. The listing matched my model exactly so I felt confident ordering. It arrived in a couple of days, though the box was a little bigger than I expected for such a small part. Fitting it took two minutes and it works perfectly. I'd be happy to order from them again.
Read moreI needed a replacement pump for the garden pond as the old one had stopped working. The listing was clear about the flow rate and the fittings, which was helpful. The pump arrived a few days later than the date given and I had to chase it with customer services. It works fine now but the wait was a bit frustrating. The price was reasonable.
