I needed a replacement pillow because my old one had gone completely flat and my neck was suffering. The product is fine and does the job, but it's not quite as plump as the photo suggested. Returns would be a faff if it didn't suit, so I kept it.

First order, pretty happy
Honestly the verdict is that this is a solid place to buy bedding. This was my first order and the checkout asked me a few things about the bed size, which was helpful. The only slight niggle was that the returns page took a bit of hunting to find, and the duvet came a day later than the site said. Otherwise it's soft, warm and the zip on the cover feels sturdy.

fine but took its time
I've been ordering from them for years and the bedding is generally good. This time the replacement cover took nearly three weeks to arrive and I had to email to ask where it was, and the reply came after four days. It's fine in the end and the price is still good, but I'd have liked a bit more of a heads up.
