I've been running a cartridge water filter in my fridge for years so I know what I'm looking for. The listing gave the right fit for my model and the cartridge I got matched the old one exactly, same flow and same clip. They also ship the filters in a padded envelope so they don't get knocked about. Ordering took under a minute because I could just pick my fridge from the drop down. Good for a…
Read moreI ordered a set of reading glasses cases from them last month, which I had been meaning to buy for some time. The items themselves are as pictured and well made. However, it did take a few days longer than I had been led to expect to be dispatched, and I did have to write in to ask. They were polite when I did.
Read moreEvery month I order my usual Yorkshire tea and a couple of tins of shortbread and it arrives the same way every time, which is exactly what I want. I've been ordering from them for about six years now. The checkout remembers my address and the usual basket so I'm done in a couple of minutes. Packing is always careful, the tea bags are never crushed, and they've never once substituted something…
Read moreI compared a few places before buying a second monitor arm. This one was a bit cheaper than the big electronics chain, though the one I found on a specialist site was cheaper still. Ordering was smooth and the arm arrived quickly. My only gripe is the instructions are fairly sparse, so I had to watch a video to get it mounted. Otherwise happy with it.
Compared with the chemist's online service I used before, this is a lot easier to navigate and the repeat order button saves me a lot of time. The old place took ages to answer the phone when something went wrong. Here the customer team got back to me the same day I emailed about a missing item. Packaging could be a little tidier, but it's fine.
My old garden hose split in the middle of watering the lawn so I needed a replacement fast. I compared a couple of places and this one had it in stock with a next day option at a sensible price. The ordering was easy enough, though the delivery slot selector was a bit fiddly on my phone. The hose itself is good and it arrived when they said it would.
