Verdict: a good buy for a watch in this range, and the finishing is better than I'd expect for the price. I know the market well and the movement is a reliable one, with the power reserve shown clearly on the dial. Dispatch was on the day I ordered and the box was packed well. Lots of detail on the product page, which helped a lot.
Read moreBought a leather strap for my Seiko after looking at a couple of other sites first. The strap they sent was a touch narrower than the lug width listed, so it sat wrong and I had to ring them. The reply took three days and the return label was a faff to print. Eventually sorted but not what I hoped for.
Read moreCompared with the usual online sellers I check, this one had the better range of vintage parts and the descriptions were more honest about wear. Verdict: good place for straps and bits. The quality of the leather was better than I expected for the money and the stitching is tidy. Only gripe is they took a few extra days to dispatch my order, nothing dramatic. Would order again.
Got a little automatic from them, the one with the blue dial. Honestly looks better in person than the pics. The dial is a bit more grey than it looked online but it's still nice. Would get something else from them.
Needed a battery swap for my Casio because the old one died mid-week. Ordered on my phone between meetings and it turned up the next day. Only thing was the packaging said one size but the battery I got was a different code, so I had to check the listing again. Otherwise fine.
Compared with the other sites I used before, these are the easiest to deal with and their stock keeps coming back. I've been buying straps and tools from them for a good few years now. A recent order took a little longer to arrive, but customer service sorted it quickly. Prices are reasonable.
