Needed a new garden hose for the allotment because the old one split over winter. Ordering was simple and they had it in stock. The hose itself is a good thickness and the connectors fit my standard tap. Arrived in a few days and was well packaged. Good service from start to finish.
Read moreCompared it to the big name brand before ordering and this one is a bit more basic. The blade needs sharpening sooner than I'd like, and the handle feels a little light. Ordering and delivery were fine.
Read moreWhat stands out to me is how the account still remembers my address and usual order after all these years. I've been ordering from them since about 2014, mostly garden bits and household things. The delivery has been reliable every time, and when something did go wrong a couple of years back they sorted it out on the phone without fuss. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Read moreReally good place for camping gear, the range is better than most. Only niggle is the item I wanted was out of stock for three weeks before it came back. Otherwise fine.
Needed a replacement phone charger for work. Ordered in the morning, and it came the next day which was good. Price was a bit higher than some places I checked but fine for a quick fix.
Good site, easy to use and the delivery was quick. Only thing is the prices were a touch higher than the big supermarket sites, but I'd still use them again.
Bought a pair of running trainers as my first order here, mostly because they were cheaper than the high street. The order went through fine and they arrived in two days. One of the laces came loose on the first run so I had to re-tie them properly, which is minor. The returns form was a bit fiddly to find on the site but it got sorted.
