I needed a fat ball that wouldn't crumble apart in the wind and drop onto the lawn, which is what kept happening with the cheap ones. These hold together well and the blue tits and coal tits go mad for them. The netting bags are sturdy enough for the feeder. Bought a mixed box and the variety was good, and it arrived well packed in the right timeframe. Happy with it.
Read moreBeen a regular for a good while now and the seed is still decent. This last order took nearly a week longer than it said on the site and I had to chase them by email. The mix was a bit lighter than I'm used to too, a lot more husks at the bottom of the tub. Ordering itself was simple enough, just wish the delivery times were more reliable.
Read moreFirst time ordering so I wasn't sure what to expect. The bird food itself seems good and the goldfinches have been coming back to the feeder. The order took a while to get to me though, nearly five days, and I had to message them to find out where it was. They replied the same day and were helpful once I got through. I did wonder whether these would be any better than the seed I used to pick up from the large garden centre, but the difference is quite marked. The birds are far less wasteful with this mix and the sunflower hearts are clean. Ordering through the website was straightforward and I was able to set up a regular delivery without any bother. I am glad I made the switch.
Bought the dried mealworms for the robins and the wrens have had a go at them too. They sell it in a decent resealable pouch, which is handy because I'd been decanting the old stuff into a tub. Arrived dry and nothing had gone off. Simple, works, and I'd order it again without thinking twice.
I bought the suet balls with mealworm and the blue tits have taken to them straight away. Been ordering from them for a few years now, usually a box every couple of months. Delivery came in two days and the box was in good nick. Packaging's sensible and nothing rattled about inside. Happy enough with it all.
Really pleased with my first order, the birds in the garden went straight for the fat cakes. The checkout was quick and I got a confirmation email straight away. Delivery was next day and everything was packed neatly. Will definitely be ordering again when the stock runs low.
