I needed a dark wool coat quite suddenly, as my old one no longer fitted after my knee operation. I'm afraid I'm not very confident ordering clothes online, but the site was clear and easy to follow. The coat arrived well packed and fits beautifully. I'm very pleased, and I'd happily order from them again.

Read moreI've been ordering from them on and off for about six years, mostly polo shirts for the golf club. The price has crept up a little this year, which is why I'm not giving full marks. Delivery has stayed reliable though, and the returns desk has always sorted things quickly when a size was wrong. Still my first choice for everyday clothes.

Bought the linen blazer for a wedding and I'd checked a couple of other places first. This one had a better range of sizes and the colour looked close to the photos. It's a bit roomy through the shoulders though, so I'll probably get it taken in. Good value for what it is.
