I needed a replacement for my old bottle warmer after the last one gave up just as the grandchildren arrived for the weekend. I've been ordering from this site for years, mostly bits for the house and the odd present. The order went through without any fuss, the item arrived the next working day, and it was packed nicely with the instructions tucked in. Very satisfied, as always.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how well the product pages are laid out, with clear photos of the bottle sterilisers. My order said two to three working days but it turned up on day six with no update from them. When I emailed they replied after four days saying it was with the courier. The item was fine when it came, just a bit of a wait.
Read moreFirst time ordering from them and I was a bit nervous about buying a travel cot online but it went through fine and the cot turned up in three days. Checkout was simple and I got a confirmation email straight away. The only thing that could be better is the delivery window, they gave a whole day and I had to wait in for most of it. Still happy with it and I'd order again.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually go to, this site was cheaper on the same pushchair accessory and the saving was worth the extra wait. The packaging was tidy and the item matched the listing. The return route was slightly fiddly since I had to print a label, but the refund came through in about a week. Not much to complain about.
