I needed a bit of money quickly for a deposit on a flat and my savings were not quite enough. Found this on my phone while waiting for the bus and applied straight away. The questions were simple and I got a decision the same day, which was a relief with the deadline I had. The money arrived the next morning and the repayment dates are clear in the app.
Read moreI think the account setup was perfectly fine, but I did find the order confirmation took rather a long time to arrive. The jacket I ordered was a touch darker than it looked in the pictures, which was a little disappointing. I did manage to send it back without much bother.
Read moreThe filter options on the site are what sold me, you can narrow things down by colour and price in about two clicks. I looked at a couple of other shops first and this was the only one that let me see stock levels before adding to basket. The item itself arrived a day later than the tracking said, which was a minor annoyance but nothing more.
Read moreI've been a customer for about eight years now and I bought the replacement lamp shade last month. The price has crept up a little since I started, which I've noticed, but the quality is still what it was. Delivery took a couple of days longer than usual over the bank holiday, though they emailed me about it before I had to ask.

Good value for the money and the quality is solid for what you pay. I've bought from them a few times now and the sizing has been spot on each time, though the postage on smaller orders is a bit steep compared to others I've used.
Got the boots I wanted from this site and they came in a couple of days. Checkout was easy enough, the sizing was right. Took a while for the refund to show up when I sent one back, but it's sorted now.
