Bought the 3 pack of heavy duty cable ties for the shed and they cost less than the same thing at my local DIY shop. They arrived in a padded envelope with no fuss. Good value for what you get, and I've already reordered a pack for the garage.
Read moreI needed a replacement lens cap and a UV filter for my camera setup because I'd lost the originals at a gig. I know my way around camera kit, so I checked the spec carefully before ordering. The filter was the right thread size but the lens cap was a slightly loose fit and the description didn't mention that. Delivery was quick and the price was competitive, but I'd have liked a clearer note…
Read moreOrdered a pair of trainers on a Friday night and the confirmation email came through fine. Delivery was ok, it turned up Tuesday. Problem was I wanted to swap the size and the returns bit on the site kept timing out so i just gave up and emailed them. Took two days to get a reply. Fine in the end but a bit of a faff for something so small.

Been ordering from them for years now and the bits I get from them always turn up in one piece. Last month I reordered the same cleaning sponges as before and they came in a day, no fuss at all, and the site still remembers my address which saves me faffing about every time.
I would order from them again without a second thought. I bought a set of kitchen scales and the instructions were clear and the price was fair. The parcel turned up when they said it would, which I always appreciate at my age.
Got the bedside lamp on Tuesday and it was on my doorstep Thursday, which is faster than I expected. It was packed well with no dents on the shade. Setting it up took five minutes and it's exactly what I wanted for the spare room. Would definitely buy from them again.
I had been using the big high street store for years but decided to try this site for a new cordless kettle. It was noticeably cheaper and the checkout was far simpler than I expected. The kettle arrived well wrapped and has worked perfectly every morning since, so I shan't be going back to the high street.
