Compared to the big marketplace I normally use this was much quicker to order from, no faffing about with five different sellers. Delivery came next day which was a nice surprise. The price was about the same as elsewhere, nothing special there. Packaging was tidy and everything was there. Would use again, saves me time on the bus.

My old kettle packed in on a Sunday morning so I needed a replacement quickly and this was the first time I'd bought anything from them. I was nervous about ordering online without seeing it in person, but the photos matched what turned up. The checkout was simple enough, I just had to create an account first which took a minute. It arrived two days later in a decent box with no dents. Happy enough with it so far.

I would happily buy from them again, and that's not something I say lightly. The order was placed on a Tuesday and the bedding was on my doorstep by Thursday. Everything was folded neatly and the fabric is lovely to the touch. I have no complaints at all.

I'll say straight away that the bird feeder arrived in excellent condition and the instructions made the fixing very easy. The seed tray is sturdy and the squirrels haven't had a look at it yet, which is a result. I placed the order on a Thursday and it came the following Tuesday, which was perfectly reasonable. The price was fair for what it is, and the whole thing was simple from start to finish. I'd happily order from them again.

The dress looked just like the photos, which is the main thing. Bit annoyed the size M was tighter than the chart said, so I had to send it back and that took a while to sort out. Their returns form was fine once I found it though. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone.

I'd been paying a lot more for the same printer ink at the high street shop, so comparing prices I found this was a good chunk cheaper for the same brand. I'm someone who buys this sort of thing every few months and knows the difference between the cheap knock-offs and the proper cartridges. These were genuine and the print quality is spot on. Arrived the next working day in a padded envelope. Glad I switched.

I needed a birthday present for my mum in a hurry and this came up when I searched. Ordered on Friday night and it was here Saturday. Lovely little candle set, smelled exactly like the description. Wrapping was pretty.
