First time ordering here and I went with them over the big name site I usually use. The site was easier to get around and it felt less cluttered. Everything turned up in good order.
Read moreI ordered the garden planter and it was not quite as the photograph showed, the colour was noticeably darker. I contacted them about returning it and found the returns form hard to find on the site. It took well over a week before I had any sort of answer.
Read moreI looked at three or four places before choosing this one and it came out on top. The checkout was simple and I liked that they showed the total before I paid, no surprise extras at the end. The order arrived in good time and everything was packed properly. Would happily use them again for the next thing I need.

Compared to the other place I usually get my stuff from this was way quicker. Checkout was easy and the order turned up in two days, would order again tbh.
Honestly the order went through first time and it arrived the next day, which is all I wanted. I used the app to track it and the updates were accurate. Pricing looked fair next to the other shops I checked.

The first thing I noticed was the price, it was a fair bit less than I'd paid elsewhere for the same kind of thing. I checked the order details before paying and everything matched what I'd picked. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Good value and I'd use them again.
Needed a replacement charger for work and had to get it sorted fast. Ordered at lunch, it turned up the next morning. Works fine, no complaints, saved me a trip into town.
Forgot my sister's birthday till the last minute so I needed something fast. Ordered it Friday night and it came Saturday. Bit of a faff finding the gift option at checkout but it got there.
Bought the digital kitchen scales and they arrived well packed. The price was fair for what they are. Only small gripe is the instructions were a bit thin, but they work.
