Honestly the best bit was the tracking, it updated at every stage so I never had to ring anyone to ask where my order was. Ordered a set of kitchen storage tubs on my phone during my lunch break and it took about two minutes to check out, which is quicker than most sites I use. Delivery came the next afternoon, well packed with no dents. Didn't have to think about it once, which is what I wanted.
Read moreBought a cordless drill set after comparing three other places, and this one was the cheapest by a bit. It arrived in four days, which was slower than the listing said. The drill itself is fine. When I wanted to return the spare battery I had to fill in a form twice before the return label came through, and the customer service reply took three days. Not a disaster, but I would look elsewhere…
Read moreLooked at three other sites for a pair of school shoes before ending up here, and the price was the lowest of them by a fair bit. The checkout was dead straightforward and I liked being able to see the sizing guide before I picked. The shoes arrived with the tracking dead on time and the first pair fitted my daughter well. Ordering was simple and it all just worked.
Read moreSigning up was a lot quicker than the other site I tried first, which made me wait ages for a verification email. Here I was in and browsing in under two minutes. I ordered a pair of trainers and they came in two days. Price was a few quid more than one place I'd seen but I'm happy with the trade off. Only small niggle is the emails are a bit frequent.
