Compared it against the big supermarket delivery and it came out about a fiddy quid cheaper on my weekly shop, which is the main reason I stuck with them. The substitutions were sensible most of the time and I checked the basket before paying so no nasty surprises. Would happily keep using them for the cupboard staples and the bits I always forget.

The quality is generally still good but I've noticed the prices have crept up a fair bit lately, and it's not always the cheapest anymore. Delivery is still reliable and they're quick to reply if something goes wrong. I'll keep an eye on prices but I do find myself checking elsewhere now.

Not a big deal once they replied, but it was a bit annoying. The runners work fine now.
