I've been buying hiking boots for about twenty years and the sizing guide on the site is more accurate than most. My usual size fitted first time, and the tread on the pair I got is the same as the older model I had. The site let me filter by waterproof rating which saved me a lot of scrolling. Ordered on a Sunday night, arrived midweek. Happy with it.
Read moreCompared with the supermarket's own online range, the same kind of cardigan here cost me nearly double, and it arrived with a loose thread and a sleeve that's shorter than the chart says. I did get a refund once I sent it back, but the return label took ages to come through and I had to chase it. I'll stick to cheaper places for now.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years and they're still my go-to for everyday bits. Delivery's been reliable in my experience, though the prices have crept up lately and I've noticed I'm paying more than I used to for the same things. Customer service has been okay when I've needed it, nothing special but they sort it.
Read moreOrdered some gym leggings and they're so comfy, the waistband doesn't dig in at all. Delivery was quick, got it the next day after I ordered. Only thing is the sizing runs a bit small so I'd size up. Would order again for sure.
Bought a chunky knit jumper in the autumn sale and I've been wearing it non-stop since. It's a bit thinner than the photos made it look but still warm and the colour's spot on. Arrived quickly, packed in a little paper bag. Would happily get something else from them.
Bought a pair of brown Chelsea boots for the autumn and the leather's better than I expected for the price. The sole's a bit stiff for the first week but it's softened up now. Ordered on a Monday and they arrived Thursday, so no complaints there. Sizing was true to the chart for me. Not bad at all.
